Do you accept credit card over the phone?

 Is providing credit card details online very secure?

Firstly, we guarantee your personal information is security and is only available to key personnel with in Kestrel Weather Australia & NewZealand for the purposes of processing your order. We use industry standard SSL (Secure Socket Layer) 128bit Secure  Certificates. In real terms it is almost impossible for anyone but Kestrel Weather Australia & New Zealand to access your important information. Our guarrantee includes your money back and notification of any unauthorised access to the appropriate state and federal authorities. Basically, in our opinion, we believe that our infrastructure, policy and procedures are far more secure than providing your card and information to a physical retail outlet (shop).

 I just placed an order... now what?

You will receive email notification which will include an order number (within 24hrs) - we will start to process the order on the next working day and ship the products within 48 hrs (normally less). Eventhough we keep a good stock of products if we need to order more in from the manufacturer we will notify you of the delay.

In stock items normally take 3 to 5 days to arrive - if you haven't received your item within 10 days please let us know immediately so we can track the progress with the freight company.

 Returns Policy

If the product you purchased is damaged on arrival or is not quite the quality you expected we will give you a full refund or replace the product with a new one  - no questions asked (excluding freight return freight).  Notification to Kestrel Weather Australia & New Zealand  of damage must be given with in 24hrs of delivery.  You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Kestrel Weather Australia & New Zealand within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding return freight). Note: Gift certificates and Items missing their serial number are not returnable.
