We send off in stock items, within Australia, normally within 24hrs of receiving your order (often much quicker) via Express Post or Express Post Platinum.

What happens when you place an order?
- We process payments and package products within 24 hours (often sooner)
- Average Delivery is 3 to 7 working days (Metro Area's are often overnight services but this cannot be guaranteed).
- If you haven't received your product within 8 working days of placing the order please let us know immediately Ph: (03) 9005 1708.
- All postage costs include insurance and other handling costs. If your product/s go missing and can't be tracked down, you can be assured, we will replace the item at no cost to you*.

If your product isn't delivered we will attempt to track it down via our frieght company and if that fails we will send you another product (the same as the initial order) at no cost to you.
